Carolina Díaz

Hello, I'm Carolina
Psychologist, chocolate lover, and convinced that understanding yourself is one of the most important things. transformers that a person can do.
From a young age, I was fascinated by the human mind. At age 10, a teacher showed me that understanding how we think and feel was not only exciting, but also necessary. That's when I knew I wanted to dedicate myself to supporting people in their most difficult moments, not because I have all the answers, but because I believe in the value of having a space where one can reflect calmly.
My approach is psychodynamic and integrative: I am interested in your story, what is repeated, what inhabits you and sometimes you cannot find a way to name it. I don't offer formulas or express solutions., But it is a place where what you're going through can begin to find words and new ways of understanding. Without judgment, without rushing to find answers, without the pressure of "being okay" all the time.
👉 If you ever want to talk, I'm here.
