Given the current state of uncertainty, we know the importance of maintaining a community-based mindset. This is a good opportunity to realize that taking care of ourselves also means taking care of others.
Uncertainty is part of our lives, even when things seem routine and safe. Situations like the current pandemic are leading us to reflect on how fragile and resilient that we can be. So, although these times naturally make us feel uneasy and afraid, we can try to turn them into a opportunity to enrich ourselves individually and as a community.
It is in that spirit that I share with you some resources and ideas to cope with confinement and stay home, as much as possible, to avoid overwhelming public health services, protect ourselves, and, above all, protect the most vulnerable.
This may be an opportunity to do what you said you wanted to do but didn't have enough time for.
Since we still can't know how (or how quickly) the lockdowns will change, it's best to take things one day at a time. Taking the necessary precautions and without panic.
