Carolina Díaz

Hello, I'm Carolina
Psychologist, chocolate fan and convinced that Each person finds their well-being differently, but it always begins with listening to themselves without fear.
Since I was little, I've been fascinated by the human mind. At 10 years old, a teacher showed me that understanding how we think and feel was not only fascinating, but also necessary. That's when I knew I wanted to dedicate myself to helping people through their most difficult times.
Not because I have all the answers (no one does), but because I know that talking, reflecting and feeling heard can make a difference.Sometimes, what we need most isn't an immediate solution, but a space where we can be who we are, without fear, without judgment, and without the pressure to "look good" all the time.
I specialize in helping people manage anxiety, navigate uncertainty and, above all, listen to each other with more compassionI don't work with magic formulas, but I can help you understand what you're feeling and build a path that makes sense to you.
If you're feeling like life's been too much lately, I want you to know something: You don't have to carry everything alone (although I know you'd like that)I'm here to accompany you.
👉 If you ever want to talk, I'm here.
Do you want to start a therapeutic process with me?

🤔 Do you have questions about online therapy?
