We've all had a bad day... or two. I hope you find these recommended links helpful.
Bad day

It's happened to all of us. Sometimes, for one reason or another, we feel like skipping a day… or two. I hope these bits of the internet bring you some comfort. So, take a few minutes and check out these links. And remember, "this too shall pass."

Learn how to be a friend to yourself:

This 4-minute video is worth watching no matter what kind of day you're having. The person we find hardest to be understanding with is, surprisingly, ourselves. Look at this and take good note of his message.

Listen to music:

Heroboard is a great music channel. Listen to some of their playlists while doing some deep breathing or light stretching to reduce tension. This is a playlist special for relaxing.

Read good news:

The news can ultimately ruin our mood. If you're having a particularly bad day, I recommend reading some good news. This page It's a good reminder that there really is good in the world. Who knows? You might even feel inspired.

Start a new book:

Sometimes a bad day just calls for a good book to lose ourselves in. Here A good list of suggestions, with the suggestive title of "Books that can save your life."

Move:

You don't have to do an extreme workout (unless you feel like it, of course). You can go for a walk or dance alone in your room. Physical movement has been shown to combat feelings of anxiety and frustration. Give it a try.
