The famous &quot;what will they say&quot; is a common source of anxiety symptoms and <a href=\"https:\/\/carolinadiazruiz.com\/en\/2017\/10\/24\/salir-bucle-mental-pensamientos-obsesivos\/\">obsessive thoughts<\/a>. However, <strong>If these attitudes become our routine<\/strong>, if we live to please the expectations of others and want to reach the <a href=\"https:\/\/carolinadiazruiz.com\/en\/2017\/12\/05\/perfeccionismo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">absolute perfection<\/a>, <strong>We will most likely find a recipe for disaster rather than everyone&#039;s approval.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<h2>What to do if you worry too much about what others think?<\/h2>\n<h3>1. Define what success means to you.<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">It&#039;s important to think about what we truly want and the values and feelings we pursue. There are as many definitions of success and well-being as there are people in the world. If you&#039;re clear about what you&#039;re looking for, it will be easier to find it.
