Situations like the current pandemic are leading us to <strong>reflect on how fragile and <a href=\"https:\/\/carolinadiazruiz.com\/en\/2019\/02\/05\/resiliencia\/\">resilient<\/a> that we can be.<\/strong> So, although these times naturally make us feel uneasy and afraid, we can try to turn them into a <strong>opportunity to enrich ourselves individually and as a community.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;\">It is in that spirit that I share with you some <strong>resources and ideas to cope with confinement<\/strong> and stay home, as much as possible, to avoid overwhelming public health services, protect ourselves, and, above all, protect the most vulnerable.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;\">This may be an opportunity to do what you said you wanted to do but didn&#039;t have enough time for. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Since we still can&#039;t know how (or how quickly) the lockdowns will change, it&#039;s best to take things one day at a time.<\/strong> Taking the necessary precautions and without panic.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; color: #ab4dab;\">Resources: Make the most of your time at home \ud83d\udc47<\/span><\/h2>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;\">*Learn something new:<\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;\">A new language, courses on communication, philosophy, psychology, marketing\u2026 explore the range of courses, mostly free, on <a href=\"https:\/\/es.coursera.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Coursera<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.edx.org\/es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">edX<\/a>. Additionally, using these platforms is quite intuitive.
